Wolverhampton, like most UK cities, may be very diverse, but certainly not very inclusive, cohesive, or with equal opportunities for all. 

Our focus is to ensure that our city is not only diverse, but very inclusive, cohesive, and with equal opportunities for all.

We want to ensure the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or religion by:

• creating awareness and educating our communities on issues of diversity, equality, and inclusion.
• Promoting activities like community sports, barbeques, meet and greet, seminars, etc, to foster understanding between people from diverse or different racial backgrounds;
• Conducting interfaith seminars and conferences aimed at enhancing the mutual understanding and knowledge of the diverse faiths and beliefs in our community.

Providing avenues and opportunities for integration and social inclusion with the wider community by ensuring that people do not feel excluded based on the colour of their skin, ethnic origin, religion or belief, economic status, or lack of basic skills.
